PROVISION OF MILK AT SCHOOL
Summer Term – Monday 16 April to Thursday 19 July 2018
Years 1 and 2
We have changed our milk order from half termly to termly due to administration of the milk scheme
to save on paper as we are an eco-school. However, should there be any parent/carer that will find
this termly payment difficult please contact Ms P Boyes.
Please note that should parents/carers decide midterm to request milk for their child they will have to
wait until the Autumn term.
I should be grateful if you would complete (and delete where appropriate) and return the slip with
£12.40 – DEADLINE FOR RETURN IS THURSDAY 22 MARCH 2018 - as the school’s order
will be placed at the end of the day for the start of the Summer term on Monday 16 April 2018.
Please note this payment does not include the Bank Holiday of Monday 7 May, the half term holiday
week commencing Monday 28 May 2018 and the staff training day on Monday 4 June 2018.
Any slip with no money enclosed or is handed in after this date will not be counted and milk
will not be ordered.

I AM EXEMPT as I currently (and have claimed previously) claimed for Pupil Premium Grant
(Previously known as Free School Meals) and I DO / I DO NOT want my child to have milk.
