This week’s news.

Last week we had some chicks hatch out. They are growing fast.

All our Reception children have now started school and seem to be settling in well.

Year 1 have really enjoyed their tennis sessions this week.

Our plum tree was full of fruit this year which the children have now picked. They have also picked the apples.

The strong winds brought down some of the trees in our willow dome.

The PTA (Parent Teacher Association) had their first meeting of the year to discuss future fund-raising projects The school is working together on this half term’s value of friendship.

Next Week.

  • The PTA are looking for new members. Why not join and help to plan fun events for the children and raise funds for extra resources that your child will benefit from. The PTA will be wearing badges when they are in the playground and are happy to talk about what they do.
  • We are enrolling parents wishing to join our Literacy Family Learning

Programme. Ask Mandy or Zoe for details.

Please can I ask parents to walk their children to school if possible.

If you are driving, please do not park across resident’s driveways or on the pavement as this puts the children in danger!
