Office Administration Assistant

     Position: Office Administration Assistant

      Grade: Level 3 (SCP 16) £17,419 Full time – Salary will be pro rata’d

      Hours: 28 hours per week, term time, plus 5 training days

      Weeks worked per year: 38

      Weeks paid per year: 43.7

      Contract: Permanent

 

The person appointed will

  • Ensure the provision of comprehensive secretarial and administrative support service to the Office Manager/PA to Headteacher and the school
  • Liaise with relevant members of the LA
  • Support the school in any attendance issues
